Justin Brown eerder chef van the Fifield Inn uit the UK heeft nu een pop-up Verzet Restaurant / Pop Up.

VERZET will be moving from location to location serving top quality food in unique and wonderful locations all around Holland, the UK, Europe and beyond until it one day finds a permanent site to settle into. Primarily we offer 5 Course Tasting Menus at our events but we are also available for outside Catering, Private Dinners and Cookery Courses. We aim to provide exclusive evenings in obscure settings to host our Pop Ups and Supper Clubs where ever we find venues and locations that fit our ethos. Each menu is specially designed to our surroundings and settings creating modern and exciting cuisine using produce in the local area of each venue.
